Machine for concrete pile drilling, soil improvement, and vibro-replacement. Carrier unit Sennebogen SR25BT (year 2008) with Delmag RH18 drilling leader attachment (year 2009). Drilling table stroke: 12.50 m, total height: 19.91 m. Outreach: 3.165–4.00 m. Feed winch, freewheeling auxiliary winch, additional hoist, rear platform. SHT25 drilling table. THE KDK ROTARY DRILLING HEAD BT180-2 IS NOT INCLUDED; THIS IS A PURE SOIL IMPROVEMENT UNIT, Drill gearbox: MBDA 3500 ABI. Comes with single flight auger. NO Kelly bar. Mast support cylinder, automatic alignment. Hydraulic telescopic undercarriage, width adjustable from 3.0 m to 4.40 m. CAT C9 engine was overhauled by CAT in 2015 at 3,304 operating hours. Augers and auger accessories are available separately. Also available: mobile mixing plant by MAT, including mixing tank (output 20m³/h), feed screw, agitation tank (capacity 4,000L), and plunger pump with remote control. The machine’s condition corresponds to its operating hours. At the time of inspection in 2023, the machine operated without any issues. As of October 2024, there are age-related damages at valves, controls, and hydraulic hoses. Simultaneous operation of two attachments is not possible. The machine exhibits age- and operation-appropriate wear to pins and bushings, as well as general signs of use (dents, scuffs, etc.). The unit was not load tested. Used with 55 mm and 80 mm paddles. After service and repair of static damages, this equipment is ready for use.
